今日放工約埋兩個朋友仔黎到灣仔打邊爐一出lip就見到有幾個大魚缸養住新鮮嘅海產~ 隔離仲有一個日式嘅刺身吧檯添呢度嘅裝修華麗有氣派,除咗室內仲有室外座位添!!!一坐低無耐,店員已經為我哋送上每人一小兜嘅新鮮水果當中單係湯底都有唔少嘅選擇,最終我哋揀咗“鴛鴦麻辣豬骨鍋”HKd$168+10%打邊爐食火鍋又點少得混醬同飲品呀,我哋就叫咗一jar"竹蔗茅根"HKd$88+10%黎share我哋見到佢啲刺身都幾新鮮,所以點咗幾款黎試下!一上枱呢盆仙氣十足既刺身已經令到我哋哇哇聲啦鴛鴦鍋入面嘅豬骨湯底非常足料, 有大量紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔、粟米、雜菇同兩大嚿豬骨呀打邊爐當然要食牛肉啦,“ 本地手切肥牛(例)”HKd$208+10%份量唔少,油脂比例平均朋友仲點左呢盆“ 清酒黑豚肉(例)”HKd$158+10%,食之前要沾一沾中間嘅清酒,點左清酒既黑豚肉食落都唔錯啵而“蜂巢凍豆腐”HKd$48+10% 可以盡吸湯底嘅味道,正呀“自製四式丸”HKd$108+10% 每款都大大粒, 自己就最鍾意食當中嘅墨魚丸,彈牙得黎仲有唔小墨魚粒喺入邊㗎最後食埋個“蔬菜拼盤”HKd$88+10%清一清,平衡返就岩岩好啦-

呢度嘅環境有氣派得嚟都坐得好舒服自在,食物唔錯,而店員都好有禮貌,會好主動咁 幫我哋換碟同加湯加茶,整體黎講都幾好呀
