喺上火鍋之前上咗日式刺身先,日式刺身係$150一位,刺身有最常見嘅三文魚和象拔蚌,比較罕見嘅例如有黑目魚、深海池魚、梅色和目張。三文魚嘅魚油美非常香濃,同一般放題食到嘅唔同,超正。象拔蚌好鮮甜,口感爽口,原汁原味最好食,仲要無沙。

配上涼茶$88一壺,有竹蔗茅根和桃酸梅湯揀,我哋揀咗酸梅湯,感覺酸酸甜甜,一解飯後嘅飽膩。

杭幫花膠老鴨鍋和食物的味精唔算多,食完都唔會好口渴,湯底惹味好飲,是極之鮮甜。食身和飲品做非常出色,這餐真豐富!下次要多啲人黎食,咁就可以嗌多啲款試下先。

好友相約,來這間新開張不久,地方雖不太大,但環境不錯的火鍋店一起吃火鍋,打邊爐,食返餐,當然一口應承,開心赴會。 這夜我們一行多人,好不熱鬧,就連鍋底也叫了三個之多,當中最特別,最名貴,也最好味的,是「濃湯魚翅花膠鵪鶉鍋」,湯味濃甜,湯內數隻鵪鶉載浮載沉,絕無欺場。花膠不算十分大隻,但份量不少。 另一個鍋底「杭幫花膠老鴨湯」,其實跟「濃湯魚翅花膠鵪鶉鍋」有異曲同工之妙,不過可能因為價錢便宜不少的關係,湯味稍淡,花膠也較細隻,不過老鴨還是不錯的。最後的一個辣鍋,是「特式瑜州毛血旺鍋」,湯色橙紅,湯面泛著油光,一看便知辣度非輕,嗜辣的友人們當然甘之如飴,但吃不得辣的我只是吃了一件索滿辣汁的「蜂巢豆腐」便宣告投降,沒有再試。這火鍋晚餐吃的東西可真多,無論牛肉、海鮮、各款不同的肉丸、以至蔬菜、菇菌,我們都吃了不少,各款食物都頗有水準,讓我們一眾友人都吃得甚為滿意。 吃罷豐富美味的火鍋,度過愉快開心的數個小時,我才與友人話別,與太太一起捧腹回家呢!

喺雜誌見到介紹,呢間餐廳原來係農圃旗下。一向覺得 農圃嘅食物質素唔錯,所以特登走過來試吓。訂咗枱12點半,餐廳仲未有其他客人,侍應就安排我哋入坐。餐廳裝修雅致而且工作人員態度亦好好。我點左個日本刺身盛定食,蝦子餅要咗個金倉魚刺身配意大利黑醋豚肉定食,等左一陣食物已經嚟到。刺身好新鮮,plating 都幾靚,但三文魚刺身有骨,而且由刺身嘅樣可以睇到刀法有啲奇怪,蝦子餅話正宗切法並唔係咁。其中一個魚嘅刺身有塊魚鱗。相比之下,意大利黑醋䐁肉做得好出色,最特別係個set lunch嘅湯,係豆腐肉碎羹而唔係日本麵豉湯,重要整得好好味....令我絕對有理由懷疑廚師其實都係 '中菜底'。兩個人埋單$200....雖然日本菜式方面有啲失準,但中菜絕對有驚喜,打算會再嚟打邊爐。

圃鍋係灣仔既新火鍋店,主打高質食材,當中最吸引必定係宮崎和牛裝潢豪華得黎帶點中式既味道除左傳統打邊爐之外,仲有唔少超新鮮既刺身,當中帶子極為嫩滑,三文魚腩新鮮程度比得上唔少日式壽司店將食物放入『甜,酸,苦,辣』鍋入埋淥一淥,真係人生一大樂事甜 蕃茄酸 酸菜苦 苦瓜辣 辣椒當中苦瓜最有特色,入口甘苦,但味道好搶四式丸同出面既丸子真係差好遠,每粒都係經師傅手打,真係好有肉味又夠曬彈牙本地切肥牛非常高質素,肉味香濃,同另外一款和牛岩岩相反,和牛油香嫩滑,本地牛就肉味濃,比夠韌少少,各有好處嘩!用呢一大塊宮崎和牛🇯🇵🐂(其實摺起左,呢塊係所以係1/4 size)黎打邊爐🍲真係好奢華,大大塊,成塊毛巾咁!睇下油花幾靚保守估計起碼係a4和牛🇯🇵!油脂極豐富。半熟既牛肉加上慢慢爆出黎既油脂混合得實在太出色
