呢日朋友帶我去呢間新式日本居酒屋U Izakaya。有別於傳統居酒屋,U Izakaya裝潢走型格路線,摩登有格調!戶外亦有座位,可以比客人坐出面飲cocktails,好chill!店員先送上前菜,呢日有竹炭多士配海膽醬。竹炭麵包口感軟熟,海膽醬真才實料,鮮味突出,係有誠意嘅前菜!點咗條金目鯛刺身,日本直送飛機貨,所以非常新鮮!金目鯛味道甘甜,肉質結實。剩下嘅魚頭魚肉都毫不浪費,會拎去炸天婦羅,一魚二食。天婦羅炸漿薄脆,食落仲有少少肉,外脆內軟!黑毛豬肩肉都走法日fusion路線,擺碟精緻吸引,表面煎得焦香,內裡則保留粉紅嫩滑肉質,配上無花果醬及牛油醬汁各有特色!最後以海膽雪糕作結,happy night!

海膽雪糕($68) - 咁特別嘅雪糕點可以唔嗌呢?用海膽做成嘅雪糕味道一啲都唔怪,甜甜地但絕無腥味,就連個夾餅都係用日本米做成,好似食緊ice-cream sandwich 咁,口感勁豐富。
