呢間餐廳真係名過於實,感覺好似賣緊情懷多過賣質素。首先,炒蛋完全唔滑,入口嘅口感粗糙,完全冇茶餐廳應該有嘅奶滑香味,甚至好似火候控制得唔好,炒到有啲乾柴。再講到凍檸茶,我明明特登嗌少冰,但上枱嘅時候啲冰依然多到滿杯,茶味又淡,檸檬味都唔夠,成杯嘢完全冇誠意。至於熱奶茶更加離譜,一上枱就已經杰撻撻,茶味唔濃,奶味又無層次,好似隨便沖一杯應付客人咁,真係失望。價錢方面更加誇張。一碗普通嘅麵,加兩塊毫無特別嘅方包,竟然要差唔多$70,性價比極低。啲麵冇乜湯底香味,配料又少,成碗嘢食完都唔覺得飽。諗住叫個櫻花蝦炒飯補返數,點知更加失望。餐牌上面張相睇落好精緻,米飯粒粒分明,蝦仁鋪滿,結果實物得三粒蝦仁,全部都係菜同埋炒飯,完全唔值$80。炒飯冇咩蝦味,調味平平無奇,根本就係普通炒飯,遠遠未達到佢嘅價錢標準。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅食物質素同價錢完全唔成正比,感覺好似淨係靠靚相吸引客人。打卡係可以,但如果你想食返啲誠意之作,呢度就絕對唔值得嚟。呢次體驗真係差到極點,又貴又唔好食,完全唔會再回頭。 continue reading

1330去到,得兩張枱,心諗可能因為落雨關係,叫左一個义燒太陽旦飯,一個櫻花蝦鮮蝦炒飯,义旦飯义燒好乾,鼓油太咸,最難頂係個垃圾炒飯,白飯落啲茶芯粒去,連旦都唔落去炒,炒完先放蝦上去,仲衰過茶餐廳啲楊州炒飯,卒之明白lunch hour 點解得兩個客。我當時諗住同職員反映一下,點知個老細隨即行過嚟話我哋啲炒飯係咁嘅,你唔鍾意食就由佢,佢嘅行為令到我更加認定我曾經嘅飯堂已經風光不在,亦令到我去九龍城食飯又少一個選擇。 continue reading
