呢一間係地庫嘅居酒屋係銅鑼灣應該開業左一段時間,環境比較暗,佢晚市嘅價錢我覺得算係中上,唔算好平,但價錢同質素係成正比嘅😋呢一餐8個人食左$3000,但叫左好多野食,除翻開大約$300尾一個人❤️1️⃣ 刺身(單點嘅🍣)我地叫左鮮帶子,中拖羅,大拖羅 ,赤身,鰤魚腩 ,左口魚裙邊同北海道海膽🤭我覺得個海膽真係超好食,鮮甜無苦味,而且佢全部刺身都食得出好新鮮👍🏻貴得黎有質素🤑😂2️⃣ 串燒 (單點嘅🍢)串燒就叫得比較多,有地雞串,鳥手羽燒,雞腎,雞肝,雞軟骨,雞肉丸,牛舌 etc. 佢啲串燒overall 我覺得就正常,無話好特別😂3️⃣沙律🥗🤍沙律就叫左個軟殼蟹蟹籽沙律同蟹肉蟹籽豆腐野菜沙律😋⭐️佢個配搭我覺得超開胃同好清新,青瓜絲同蟹籽一齊食個口感同味道都好好☺️ 4️⃣壽司卷🍣🍙香蔥吞拿魚腩帶子魚籽卷同埋花杯松葉蟹肉魚籽卷,呢兩個壽司卷我都覺得好好食!❤️同幾特別🤭個松葉蟹肉好鮮甜✨5️⃣其他😛✨我哋叫咗明太子玉子燒,螢光魷魚,蟹膏松葉蟹炒飯🦀同埋番薯天婦羅等等。我覺得最好食係個蟹膏松葉蟹炒飯✨🫶🏻真係超足料👍🏻😋而且蟹膏好香口超開胃,其次就係明太子玉子燒,不過佢係屬於偏甜嘅玉子燒,有啲人未必接受到鹹甜嘅配搭😂個螢光魷魚同埋番薯天婦羅我就覺得一般,因為我個人覺得個螢光魷魚好腥🦑😵‍💫同埋番薯天婦羅🍠都整得唔夠淋,咬落去比較硬身☹️✨推薦指數:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️️️️🌟 (滿分五粒星,⭐️=一粒星🌟=半粒星) continue reading

舊同事替我慶祝生日, 最後選擇了這間在煩囂的銅鑼灣街頭下位於地庫的居酒屋, 到達後才發現原來我已經拜訪過一次 🙃 簡約全木系的裝潢, 一直播著日文歌曲, 充滿了日本風情 🎎 居酒屋內有幾個卡座, 上面堆了稻草, 有點像稻草木屋的感覺 😊 午市有不少套餐及定食, 而且可以額外加錢無限追加小食 😁 其中有個自選定食, 分三個類別, 壽司或丼, 飯或麵, 最後就是小食, 蠻豐富的。壽司盛8件 + 蕎麥麵 + 厚燒玉子 $108這個正是自選定食, 壽司飯很結實, 未有太多醋味, 三文魚, 吞拿魚都是厚切, 帶子也大大件 😃 雖然未算十分驚豔, 中規中矩的。蕎麥麵比較淡口, 而且黏性較高, 不是我喜歡的口感。玉子燒嫩滑, 簡單只加了醬油, 也不錯。安格斯牛肩胛肉鍋 $80有幾片薄薄的牛肩肉, 還有不少生菜和洋蔥, 中間一隻生蛋, 攪拌後跟牛肉一起吃會更有口感 😆 湯跟一般sukiyaki差不多, 不會太甜。豚肉生薑燒石頭飯 $78豚肉質感像肥牛, 但比肥牛厚身, 雖說是生薑燒, 但我卻吃到kimchi, 蠻惹味的 😉 如果石頭飯有飯焦就更理想!我們額外配加了兩款小食芝麻雞翼 $32野菜天婦羅 $28無論任何情況, 芝麻雞翼都是不能輸的, 腌製入味, 炸得香脆 😋 野菜天婦羅分別有茄子, 冬菇和 (大概是) 秋葵, 天婦羅漿不厚, 炸得脆口, 但只有三件卻$28倒是有點貴 😅整體食物質素不錯, 最重要的是定食定價很便宜! 而且坐在卡座的我們更覺得有私人空間, 可以𣈱所欲言, 很適合一班朋友聚會 🤘🏻 continue reading

今日突然間想去食呢間嘅Lunch,book即日位,lunch set都好似dinner咁值回票價,下次想食個安格斯牛肉胛肉鍋,我見隔離枱個客睇到就想食😋😋真係好過響旺角果啲咁污糟嘅地方食吖😩😩我friend話旺角好多間嘢食都唔好食,冇辦法佢潔癖😩😩始終都係姜濤灣乾淨,有衛生好多,今日食咗個壽司盛六件+湯蕎麥麵+燒鯖花魚,埋單$120連加一落樓,仲有,如果呢間dinner冇限時嘅就優先好多,咁唔使食得咁急,因為食嘢係enjoying time黎,想relax多啲 continue reading

收工後搵附近日本美食,加上平時經過見門口有寫清酒放題,抱著不妨一試心態去光顧。叫了幾項食物,質素算中上,職員態度好,有問必答,解釋詳盡亦給予點餐提議,之後還主動免費送上佐酒小食。點了些魚生,生蠔,一條池魚,還有燒物:牛舌,鷄翼,白鱔,三文魚頭,食材也新鮮,美味。飲酒過後想食一些熱野與及澱粉質食物,以劃上向號,職員介紹了一個烏冬。全餐敗筆就系佢,太咸了。整體而言這餐也有80分以上,唯獨太咸烏冬以及擠迫座位。 continue reading
