尋日同老友兼舊同事出油麻地飲茶,去咗兩三間都執咗笠,見有間有開,於是抱著一試無妨的心態,大約12點左右上到去,午茶居然唔駛等位,入到去人唔算多(約1/3),職員都好積極,(A職員問飲咩茶去開茶,又有B職員又問飲咩茶),食完職員都好快收走碗碟唔好積晒啲碗碟喺枱上,服務態度雖好,但亦有一點 需要改善,就係點餐時點咗兩個「甜品」(薑汁糕及燉蛋)居然最快上,食完其他食物,到食甜品時啲甜品都凍晒,如果改善埋會更好。另外叉燒飽爆汁值得推介題外話用餐期間見到一個怪現象,一家三口兩個大人加一個小朋友居然要分兩枱,分枱的方法是兩張枱中間加一個透明易拉架! continue reading

第一次光顧這間新斗記我最初以為新開所以來試下,可能太耐冇出油麻地關係聽聞原來已經開了一段日子,我們4個人都叫了好多碟點心~ 鮮蝦菜苗餃,潮州粉果,山竹牛肉,皇鮮竹卷,陳皮牛肉腸粉,香芋鴨腳札,冬茸海皇灌湯餃,藥膳雞腳,椰絲蛋散,豉椒炒牛河,牛肉腸粉有好香陳皮味,冬茸海皇灌湯餃好大隻湯底有冬瓜粒幾清幾好,椰絲蛋散好鬆脆又唔太甜,其實整體食物質素味道都幾好,唯一唔好就是食物唔知點解會唔係幾夠熱,連豉椒炒牛河都係唔多夠熱,不知是否廚房太遠還是什麼關係希望能改善一下 continue reading

同事last day, 同佢farewell, 同行4個人,主角鍾意食中菜,佢提議食呢間,地點又方便大家。我地叫左個黑松露西芹炒什菌,幾香口,但略嫌油左d再叫左我至愛既干煸四季豆,好惹味,送飯一流~男同事鍾意食呢個鵝掌翼、不過我無試~呢個係龍皇海鮮羹,有豆腐、蝦、帶子,略咸,不過還好,大家都清哂朋友介紹呢到最好食係豉油皇炒麵,叫我一定要試下~果然唔錯,炒得夠乾身,又唔會太油👍🏻最後加多個啫啫蝦醬生菜煲,聞到隔離枱食好香,但又係偏咸😅差唔多食哂先記得影相。咕嚕肉,我覺得整幾幾好,上枱夠熱,炸得好香脆,醬汁酸酸甜甜,好開胃最後仲送左一人一碗紅豆沙,埋單4人先$1000,都幾抵食環境又唔會太燥,乾淨企理! continue reading

今晚有朋自遠方來,他讓著要食乳豬,於是決定帶他來這間出名食乳豬酒樓食今晚平日都座無虛席,好彩有提早訂位可能人多關係,椅背會碰到隔離枱椅背,感覺較迫。但每位員工好友善,成個用餐感覺都好舒服我地叫了 : 即燒乳豬半隻$358 - 這個必食乳豬皮薄,燒得香脆可口,似食台灣豬肉紙般而且已去掉了肥膏,不會有油膩感豬肉香嫩好味,不用點醬汁已經好好食燒鵝1/4 $148 - 燒鵝上枱時已經唔熱,所以令到鵝皮唔夠香口,而且肥膏略多食到成口油,-般泥孟粥$138 - 份量可分到6碗。粥底好軟棉,果皮香濃,有泥孟肉,係真正泥孟粥好味!豉油王炒麵 - 炒麵好爽口,不太油膩,咸甜適中,好好食配粥一流籠仔面醬蒸魚雲$128 - 面豉醬好香,魚雲唔腥,味道好夾好惹味燒汁爆牛仔柳$138 - 這個牛仔柳真係驚為天人肉質好香滑好軟淋,但又保持一定口感而且燒汁又好入味,萵筍炒得爽口,各人都讚不絕口也是必食之選啫啫唐生菜煲$88 - 上枱時熱辣辣好香,唐生菜爽脆,可惜食到最尾略咸不過味道整體上係不錯的,有幾款菜式已經加了不少分,下次會試下蟹肉蒸飯! continue reading
