當日我同朋友行完山,都餓到腦震盪,到咗深井就豪一次,黎呢間有歷史嘅港式燒味店食正宗嘅燒鵝。一入門口,就聞到油脂香郁噴鼻而來嘅燒鵝香味,實在令人垂涎三尺。我哋點咗一份上品燒鵝,香口酥脆,脂肪恰到好處,完全無乾澀感。切開睇,鵝肉肥而不膩,汁水飽滿,化入口中,真係人間美饌。跟住係香脆惹味嘅椒鹽鮮魷,表層焦脆,入口卻彈牙多汁,加埋鹹味芝麻,咸香並重,令我忍不住一口接一口。之後試下佢哋嘅小炒王,青紅椒絲炒得恰到好處,微焦帶點脆脆,配合斯文嫩滑嘅肉絲,齊齊融和出一股層次豐富嘅滋味。好特別!再來一份經典無誤嘅咕嚕肉,肉塊軟嫩多汁,外層酥脆,淋上咕嚕醬後,酸甜鹹香俱全,一點也不膩口。仲有一條溫潤晶瑩嘅清蒸海魚,肉質鮮嫩細緻,微微帶點臨海嘅鮮甜。配埋鮮味十足嘅薑蓉汁,簡直醇厚惹味。同埋魚香茄子煲,烹煮得夠耐,蔬菜軟綿入心,絕對唔會太乾。豐腴濃厚嘅魚香汁令整道菜品味融洽,頓時大大增添咗食慾。整個用餐過程,服務員專業周到,餐廳氣氛都好溫馨自在,同朋友聚餐好開心。呢頓正宗粵式盛宴,真係爬山後嘅完美收尾! continue reading

屋企人咁啱過開嚟呢一邊,爸爸就車咗我哋過嚟呢一邊食細細過已經聽嘅深井裕記燒鵝,餐廳係米芝蓮,所以都非常多人,我哋今日三個人嚟食,就叫咗大家一齊share,主要梗係食我最鍾意嘅瀨粉!侍應嘅態度老實講好一般,而且可能人流比較忙,我哋安排咗喺一個比較迫嘅位置,唔係真係太好坐,而且張枱都唔係真係太大,不過都可以接受嘅,燒鵝嘅口感其實都幾豐富,做得非常好食,而且充滿淡淡的香味,而且個皮燒得非常香脆,做到外脆內軟嘅感覺,再加埋瀨粉簡直係冇得輸!而且肉質亦都非常有肉汁,唔會太乾,正! continue reading

老字號,連續攞咗好多年米芝連指南必比登推廣餐廳🍴!今日行完山之後,我們三人就搵地方去食下午茶,行吓行吓去到深井,所以去咗呢度食番碗燒鵝瀨粉先,我們點了半隻燒鵝下庄、淨瀨粉、蜆蚧鯪魚球、粉絲雜菜煲。食物方面:🥢燒鵝的口感十分豐富,外皮酥脆,內肉鮮嫩,肥而不膩,好味🤤🥢蜆蚧鯪魚球~美味弹牙服務方面:可能經濟差,遊客少了,我覺得這店的服務態度好似好咗啲,冇以前咁hea做,唔優做嘅感覺,起碼員工有笑容已經好好👍唯一缺點就係貴,不過如果食物及服務質素好的話,也願意比囉! continue reading

半年內 ,第二次過嚟食對上一次個仔生日話要食深井裕記燒鵝,所以生日飯就係呢度食今次第二次同屋企人過嚟食飯預早留咗兩碟酒釀鵝肝 每次嚟到必食嘅餸菜因為實在太過好食,全家人都好鍾意食酥炸生蠔 🦪 - 非常之鬆脆 小朋友必食嘅咕嚕肉 酸酸甜甜好開胃拼盤 鵝掌、鵝腸、鵝腎、海蜇、鵝翼 非常之入味鵝掌、鵝翼、鵝腎非常之腍 海蜇都非常爽口 鵝腸小朋友就未必食得到 比較爽口煙靭蟹肉扒豆苗 - 喺食飯中必須要有的成餐飯嘅主角 半隻燒鵝 皮脆肉嫩油脂非常之香配上酸梅醬可以解返油膩 continue reading

最近我再去裕記大飯店食佢哋嘅燒鵝,真係有啲失望。相比以前,燒鵝嘅質素有啲下滑,而且份量都變得細咗。以前嘅燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,油脂均勻分佈,但而家嘅燒鵝就唔係咁出色喇。皮脆度唔夠,肉質有啲乾同老,整體味道相對差咗啲。 另外我見到隻燒鵝上層同下層係分開咗兩節顏色,好明顯係搭棚鵝,令我有啲失望。半隻鵝居然用兩隻唔同既燒鵝拼湊,真係有啲唔夠誠實。我作為食客,希望可以食到一隻完整同一致嘅燒鵝,唔想食到拼拼湊湊。 唔止咁,我都留意到燒鵝嘅份量變細咗。以前鵝嘅份量好足夠多人分享,但而家嘅燒鵝就覺得瘦細咗。我覺得可能係受北上消費嘅影響,為咗節省成本或客流量減少,餐廳可能調整咗燒鵝嘅做法同份量。  除咗燒鵝,我仲試咗其他菜式 滷水鵝翼同西蘭花扒草菇。滷水鵝翼煮得岩岩好,有滷水味道但唔會太鹹。西蘭花扒草菇,草菇仲係有草青味,廚房事前準備未足夠。  餐廳環境整潔,裝修簡約但有種懷舊嘅感覺,唔會覺得擠迫。 continue reading
