Family gathering 節目係睇戲,諗住一齊食個 lunch 先睇,家姐揀咗呢間打住電視煮食節目嘅廚師(我實在唔會形容為名廚)開嘅港式茶餐廳。其實之前有諗過想試佢嘅四川菜,但一直都未有機會,跟住原來已經摺晒~本身想叫招牌 No.1 鴛鴦叉燒煎蛋飯,點知下晝1點已經賣晒,莫非要11點嚟先有得食?😂🍴脆脆豬扒飯($138)其實唔係好想食炸嘢,不過叫唔到個叉燒飯,跟住已經唔知叫咩好,就叫呢個。個豬扒幾大塊又真係有1吋厚嘅,炸得好脆,唔夠 juicy 但未算好乾,有一片燒過嘅菠蘿,個醬汁都 okay 不過份量比較少,令到食成個飯嘅時候都乾乾哋~🍴牛柳粒意粉 • 黑椒汁($158)呢個係用咗美國安格斯牛柳粒,幾入味,個黑椒汁okay 未感受到太特別,整體上正常。🍴重量級全日套餐($148)呢個 all day breakfast 可以揀豬扒、雞扒或吉列魚柳,因為唔想再吉列又唔想揀雞扒,唯有又係揀豬扒。嚟到 presentation 係靚嘅,不過塊豬扒比茶餐廳更流,少少硬又少少嚡😅炒蛋唔太滑,水耕沙律菜都幾新鮮,司華力腸、大啡菇、牛油果、多士都唔會錯得去邊,整體上係一般。🍴兩日兩夜羅宋湯(+$3)味道夠濃郁,都幾多料,值得加$3 將餐湯改成呢個!🍴港式奶茶屋企人飲嘅,劣評如潮,已經叫咗多奶都救唔到杯茶,我試咗一啖,果然係又嚡又澀好難飲,個茶底非常出事,唔記得影相~🍴熱滴漏咖啡知道佢嘅茶底出事,都係唔好叫茶嘅飲品,就叫咖啡飲,都係難飲,咖啡豆唔掂,只係相對比奶茶好少少。整體上食物質素一般過一般,我估佢嘅定位係中價港式餐廳?但價錢貴過茶餐廳一倍,食物份量係大嘅,尤其係飯量,當然地段商場租金的確係成本高,環境係乾淨坐得舒服,然而價錢唔平,又唔算好食,我自己就未必會再嚟食啦~ continue reading

星期日早上嚟幫襯,食咗個早餐點咗一個秘製花椒瑞士雞翼豬骨米粉及熱奶茶,然後瑞士雞翼係完全冇花椒味豬骨米粉,亦都淡而無味淨係個滑蛋比較好少少但收費都要接近$50 相信尖沙咀有其他更加好嘅茶餐廳另外服務方面,由於星期日位處尖沙咀,有不少遊客當日有兩個客人遊客來幫襯我坐近廚房,聽到廚房入面員工大聲叫了「有鬼啊,今日零舍多鬼佬」唔明白點解開正喺遊客區度見到外國人都要大驚小怪而且詞語略帶歧視成份應該唔會再幫襯 continue reading

一知道係 Ricky開嘅餐廳就即刻黎食, 雖然遲左少少。首先試下“兩日兩夜羅宋湯”,真係充滿濃郁嘅蔬菜味,湯質較清同少少稀,我同行嘅 partner 嫌唔夠杰身,我就覺得好 ok。我叫左慢煮牛舌意粉。一般餐廳嘅牛舌食都係唔夠淋,呢間真掂,夠哂淋,仲有3大舊,好好味,好滿足!至於d意粉好爽身,好好趙口,襯托黑椒汁,好正!我 partner叫左鐵板豬手,好正好正!豬手唔太咸,但好淋,又有鐵板燒效果,好有懷舊feel呀!至於飲品,我叫左“茶走”,好耐冇飲,又唔太甜,唔錯👍。我 partner 就飲話梅波蘿冰,好醒胃😋。甜品叫左楊枝甘露冰冰,d冰就太大粒,有d奇怪,但味道 ok。總之係性價比高嘅高級茶餐廳。 continue reading

🌻👫一早到K11 Art Mall ,諗住吃完早餐去買冬甩🍩,本來預備去試新開澳洲的cafe,路過見到祥仔門前擺放的餐牌好吸引,便轉入去試試 。🌻《祥仔》已開了一段時間,所以裝修有點舊,但它比茶餐廳好一點,自己都喜歡張錦祥,他的飲食節目都有睇及收聽。食店點餐是用QR CODE,所以服務員也不多。我們都揀了一個豐富早餐$48祥仔秘製花椒瑞士雞翼早餐有雞翼比較少,雞翼入味骨湯通粉湯味濃多士香脆太陽蛋蛋黃蛋白分明咖啡茶走+$4茶香奶濃 continue reading

慕名而來試一試這間名廚的茶餐廳,叫了兩份午餐加一個小食,食物質素令人失望,青咖喱雞扒飯,青咖喱汁像蘑菇汁,不覺有青咖哩味道,是我食過青咖喱以來最差的一次,雞扒沒味道好像沒有醃過,真的不好食,牛脷腸蛋飯,同樣牛脷沒味道,牛脷飯沒有汁,祇有少許薑蓉拌飯,感覺有些不倫不類,羅宋湯味道還可以,但是很少雜菜,好像飲番茄湯,只有瑞士汁雞翼味道稍為好少少,以需要過百元一份的午餐來説,這樣的食物質素,令人十分失望! continue reading
