喺廣東道嘅一間日式餐廳,座位都幾闊落、坐得幾舒服,見佢有其他間房、私隱度好,可以同朋友好好傾計聚舊。食物方面都唔錯:最令人驚豔嘅就係佢嘅壽司拼盤,overall嚟講都係新鮮、高級嘅,每件壽司大小都剛剛好可以一口食到,欣賞佢似日本本地師傅一早就包咗Wasabi 喺壽司入面。要提一提佢嘅拖羅,加咗檸汁,借由檸香解一解佢肥美嘅魚油香。估唔到有埋海膽壽司,有海水香;左口魚壽司上面仲有灸燒左口魚邊,好有心思;另外仲有北寄貝、池魚、帶子、鯛魚,無論係常見定罕見嘅壽司都有出現。另外,我哋試咗燒白鱔串,燒白鱔串份量慷慨,每件都相當厚實,燒烤的炭火香氣撲鼻,加上鹹甜適中的醬汁,特別有日本風味。 不過,魚肉比較多幼骨,食用時要小心。建議不擅長處理魚刺嘅朋友多加留意。好欣賞佢最後嘅魚湯,好暖胃,魚味重又唔會腥,入口鮮甜實在,完全熬出材料嘅鮮味,加埋入面嘅蜆肉同海帶,的確係幾適合做成餐飯嘅結尾。 continue reading

鮨處松戶係尖沙咀一間樓上居酒屋,裝修充滿90年代懷舊風格,簡單樸實 。已經營超過廿年,師傅話一路都冇轉過手,保持最初嘅樣貌同風味,以前有好多日本人幫襯,雖然近年部分日本人已經回流,但當晚依然見到有日本客人,平日午市亦非常熱鬧,師傅話好多人會專程嚟支持。餐廳空間感十足,仲有榻榻米房,適合一家大細或者一班朋友聚餐當晚試咗佢哋嘅Omakase,每位$750,性價比相當唔錯。前菜係鱈魚白子,口感綿密Creamy,加咗柚子醋提味,酸酸地非常開胃。接住係三款魚生,包括中拖、池魚、日本螺,每款都新鮮到不得了。拖羅厚切而肥美,入口即溶,無筋又鮮甜壽司有五款,包括北海道帶子、真鯛、牡丹蝦加蝦膏、鯖魚同左口魚配魚邊。牡丹蝦鮮甜濃郁,蝦膏更係加分位;左口魚肥美滑嫩,魚邊嘅膠質豐富,提升咗整體層次。煮物係辣酒煮花螺,螺肉鮮嫩爽口,充滿酒香,超惹味。吸物方面,我哋揀左海鮮湯,湯底鮮甜濃郁,入面有帆立貝、生蠔、三文魚同章魚,配料相當豐富,每口都充滿海洋嘅鮮味。最後甜品係抹茶布甸,師傅話自己整的,極有誠意 continue reading
