To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1963不是我出生年份😜係灣仔一間嘅台灣餐廳,裝修都比較懷舊設計,不是太像台灣有啲像英式嘅設計,仲有一部復古的黑膠唱片機,首先食呢餐飯要走上幾層樓梯,要考考你的腳骨力😜三點幾呢段時間比較靜,冇乜人,環境幾舒服!擔仔麵套餐$70,都好豐富,有沙律,應該開始係鳳梨絲,食落去幾爽,酸酸甜甜,再配生菜蕃茄!滷水拼盤份量都好多,有豆腐乾,跟甜醬食!雞蛋都比較乾!豬耳都好腍,另外仲有木耳絲,和蘿蔔!另外擔擔面都有蝦,少少肥豬肉,肉碎,芽菜,蘿蔔等…配料都好多!湯底清清地都OK!另外加$20叫咗杯鳳梨梳打,呢個幾推介👍🏻台灣出名鳳梨,飲完又可以食甜品日式蕨餅,台式餐廳日式甜品😂

金玉其外,敗絮其中,虛有其表,絕對係呢間低質餐廳既唯一形容詞。食飯環境在於我只佔30%,味道先係最重要,話之你整到幾有feel,搵晒啲懷舊玩意做擺設,如果只旨在打卡俾人睇俾人like,的確係會好buy,但要我俾70幾80蚊食偽台菜,個湯頭完全唔係紅燒,係清湯,d牛肉係港式牛坑腩處理手法,一點台灣風味也沒有,加上又唔軟腍,而且冇啦啦加埋d酸菜同紅蘿蔔入去(雖然我唔抗拒食呢2樣食物),九唔搭八,10分有2分俾佢已經算俾面,難食過see,掛羊頭賣狗肉既頭號餐廳,唔好俾正評欺騙,永久blacklist

今晚二人去吃晚飯,一入餐廳就聞到陣古老氣味,有點像跌打酒味。擺設極懷舊,好有趣。點了台式醉雞、蒜炒A菜、櫻花蝦炒飯、新竹炒粉。醉雞冇乜酒香,反而是酸的,是加了醋嗎?好古怪。炒菜正常,味道不錯。櫻花蝦炒飯不是炒飯,是撈飯,濕濕的,完全冇鑊氣,低下仲係油浸的,賣相同味道還可以。新竹炒粉,好多醬油,好鹹,唔掂。最不幸係食完唔夠一小時就開始攪肚痛,痾咗鑊甘。我都有懷疑係咪自己之前食錯嘢,冇理由呢餐咁快有反應,但當我發現肚瀉之後,沖咗五次廁所都沖唔走晒啲浮面嘅櫻花蝦,就知一定係呢餐飯出咗事。
