白酒忌廉完全帶出青口嘅鮮味,來自澳洲嘅青口,原來是每日新鮮入貨,難怪肉質咁嫩滑鮮味,每一隻都有淡淡的海水味~鮮甜肥美,free flow 來說水準甚高,驚喜大讚!

醬汁方面,最喜歡忌廉芝士,一啲都唔膩,有香甜洋蔥味,越吃越滋味!😋👍🏻
茄醬酸酸甜甜微辣,而且仲有煙肉洋蔥,開胃惹味。
白酒忌廉也有特色,酒香配襯青口肉最夾!

配菜炸薯條都是可以 refill~不過兩大碟已經非常滿足😋👍🏻

經典的意大利國民小食🇮🇹!有D似Shakshuka,同樣係蕃茄醬底中間有隻好吸睛嘅太陽蛋🍳,但係主角係燉牛肚,喺西餐入面比較少見,因為外國人通常都俾人一種感覺係唔食內臟😆,牛肚切成絲,燉得入味,用附送嘅麵包點D醬汁食超好味🫶🏻!

Attracted by the new promotional menu, we changed our minds - a free flow of mussels and a glass of wine would be the perfect accompaniment to a happy Sunday evening. The mussels came in a choice of three flavours - butter cream and garlic, white wine sauce and tomato sauce.

Tomato Sauce tastes spicy and is quite appetising.

The mussels are not large, which is normal for blue mussels, but they are juicy. The fries that came with the mussels were hot and crispy, well-seasoned but not oily, so we kept refilling them.

No wonder I still wanted the teppanyaki dish. This ox tongue was perfectly cooked. It was so tender and tasted wonderful.  It was served with a wasabi sour cream sauce and spring onions, which went surprisingly well together. Highly recommended!

This white had a slightly sweet citrus flavour with a mineral touch. Not an expensive wine, but a good accompaniment to seafood.

It was served with macadamia nuts and Japanese cream, which gave it a buttery flavour. It was delicious and really hit the spot.

This place is worth recommanding, the service, atmosphere and food all lived up to my expectations. Just grab a glass of wine !

If you were sitting at the bar, you will be treated to a teppanyaki show as the squid was cooked to perfection, filling the air with its drooling aroma. The sauce for the croquettes was a delightful blend of tomato sourness and bell pepper pungency👍🏼

Served in three different flavors - 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼, 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲, and 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 - each one was a winner in its own right. The spicy kick and bacon in the tomato sauce were both brilliant and enticing, while the butter cream sauce was my personal favourite😛

I know which restaurant you are thinking when we talk about free flow mussel, but the quality here was really on par, if not better! The fries were equally impressive, freshly cooked to order for the perfect crispiness. The sauce served as a dip was the best accompaniment, adding another layer to the already mouth-watering dish. We ended up devouring three bowls of mussels and fries, and I don't even regret a single bite now😈

餐廳以橄欖綠為灰色為主色調,除了充滿情調的座位外,也有鐵板燒吧枱位置,當日大廚就如圖9 表演玩火給我們看,以及為全場派上了一杯以檸檬味的清酒給我們,店內的外籍員工和本對人經理都非常親切有禮,而且會為我們解釋不少餐廳的故事給我們聽,雖然船街一向高質食肆林立,但是我還是非常欣賞這間。

My friend and I ordered the free-flow mussels and fries. The mussels came in three flavors: butter and garlic, cream sauce, and tomato sauce. The size of mussels were quite large and they are very fresh. We tried all the three sauces and all are delicious. My favourite was the tomato sauce because it had a slightly sour and spicy taste that was very appetizing. The fries very crispy and tasty, but not oily, so I kept refilling my plate.

We ordered a bottle of J. Moreau Chardonnay from France to pair with the mussels. This white wine was very easy to drink and had a slightly sweet taste, making it a great complement to the seafood flavors.

Apart from mussels and fries, we also ordered two starters: Trippa alla Kagawa and Fritto Misto. The Trippa alla Kagawa is a dish made with beef tripe in a tomato-based sauce, which was flavorful and tender. The Fritto Misto is a dish of fried squid, which was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It is perfectly served with the anchovy tartar sauce.

For the dessert, we ordered the Macadamia soufflé. It was a delicious dessert with a light and airy texture and a rich, buttery flavor derived from the macadamia nuts. It was also full of egg flavor when it melted in my mouth. It was such a wonderful dessert to end my meal.

Walking in the Wanchai district, i pumped into this cute little green restaurant. The environment and vibe looked very relaxing, so I decided to do a happy hour session here with my friends. Surprisingly, the free flow of mussels is not just only limited to one single flavour, but also there are THREE options. My favourite one is surely the tomatoes sauce, it goes so well with the freshness of mussels. You may also choose to dip the fries into this sauce , it's just going well with everything! I also love the fries here, they are in super high quality, and sooo crispy!The manager here was also so kind to recommend the best white wine (J. Moreau Chardonnay, France) to pair with the mussels and fries too😜

This place also offers the best marriage of Japanese and Italian cuisines. I also ordered a few more appetisers, including Trippa Tomato Stew and Squid frit with Anchovy Tartar sauce. They are both getting my taste buds exciting. The trippa is soft and tender , while the squid is perfectly deep-fried .

Last but not the least, i ordered the soufflé to wrap up this delightful dinner. The texture is so fluffy and adorable, it's literally melting on tongue with the aroma of eggs !

Highly recommend this place , you can just grab a glass of wine and enjoy all the tasty food they have in this chill atmosphere !

今次去咗呢間食意日fusion嘅餐廳,之前未試過類似嘅嘢。覺得應該幾特別,偶然嘅機會就嚟試吓。餐廳環境好好,地方唔係好大,但枱同枱之間唔會太逼,座得都好舒服。雖然係外藉服務生,但服務態度非常之好。會主動幫你斟水同講解套餐食物。今次就叫咗個lunch set。前菜有沙律、麵包同湯。叫咗個cream sauce pasta同埋Wagyu Beef Cheek Cheese Omelette with Red Wine Sauce。意粉份量唔算多,但都ok。而份牛肉奄列就真係好大份,食到好飽。牛肉整到好淋,非常易入口,亦都非常之入味。奄列據了解係用咗日本蛋嚟整,好重蛋香味,奄列本身亦都整到好滑好嫩。整體嚟講係一間幾唔錯嘅意日fusion餐廳,價錢以地理位置嚟講合理。如果未食過類似嘅餐廳都推薦嚟呢度試下。
