星期五約了朋友食晚飯,想搵個靜啲嘅地方傾計,不過銅鑼灣繁華鬧市,似乎比較難,朋友卻在這裏找到一個寧靜舒適餐廳,這餐廳位於Oliv 4樓,我們從𨋢口一打開,就見到燈光昏暗,即刻feel到餐廳營造嘅舒服感,現場有音樂播放,每枱嘅食客都係有講有笑但唔不大聲,輕輕鬆鬆。menu頁數唔多,選擇上較集中。Drunken Crab Pasta蟹肉鋪在墨汁意粉上面,墨汁意粉帶點鹹香,有幾快蒜片放在一起令口感更加和味。Crispy Beef Short Ribswaitress話牛肉係用牛坑腩,聽到都覺得幾特別,因為喺我嘅印象中牛坑腩只會喺粉麵店出現。牛坑腩用紅酒山楂汁再加少少肉桂,配上自家製嘅香草榛子醬,牛肉外皮脆而肉嫩,幾有口感,配菜薯蓉份量都幾多,驟眼睇以為係碟頭飯。整體食物質素不錯,加上環境幾好,著實是可以釋放壓力嘅選擇。

而且雖然全熟,但肉質依然軟嫩~

原隻蟹蓋再拆肉,加入昆布、紹興酒、魚露做調味。選用雞皮榨取而成嘅雞油,再加入少許辣椒和炸蒜片,可以同時感受到蟹肉嘅鮮味、紹興酒嘅酒香同埋炸蒜嘅蒜香味。

CRISPY SHORT RIB
牛坑腩原條烤熟,再拆肉。營造出外脆內軟嘅感覺,有中式燒肉嘅口感。而醬汁方面就用咗牛骨、 肉桂等等煮食嘅肉汁,令到更加Juicy。

SWEET POTATO APPLE PIE
選用日本嘅金薯再加入蘋果去焗焗,配搭用豉油和麥芽糖炒香嘅杏仁和北海道雲呢拿忌廉。日本嘅金薯真係超級香甜啊,而雲呢拿忌廉就可以帶出更加幼滑嘅口感。

飲品方面朋友就叫左cocktail sake sour,有檸檬和菠蘿嘅酸酸甜甜。而我就試咗JAM & BLOSSOM,就充滿桂花和士多啤梨味。
