好魚內臟嘅對於呢個鍋應該會出現心心眼, 魚卜煲完口感仍然爽脆; 魚唇就似食緊花膠咁, 口感黏性; 魚春應該係先走左油, 即使煲完都唔會散開, 食落口感綿滑, 全部內臟一D都唔腥, 皆因選用新鮮貨, 所以限量供應呢!!  而豆腐卜索晒D湯汁都係好味道, 入口時小心被湯汁燙到呀!!

另外仲有道典型的川菜”剁椒魚頭”一定要讚! 大大的魚頭開邊放在碟上, 魚頭上鋪滿紅色的剁椒, 一上枱已聞到酸菜的那種酸辣椒的味道,大魚頭已充分將酸辣椒的味道完全吸收, 酸, 辣, 咸, 香, 全部都在魚皮魚骨吸收晒, 雖然大魚頭無咩肉, 但是吮魚骨及食魚皮才是真正好味道, 就連魚頭中間那舊魚雲都已是蒸到入晒剁椒的味道, 又嫩又滑又香又辣, 超好食!
