食鐵板燒除左食材係重點之外,服務質素都係考慮因素‼️呢間虎鐵已經係我第三次嚟食,主要原因係因為服務質素係standard之上店員全部都好體貼細心我哋叫咗「主廚推介二人餐」,有齊我哋都鍾意食嘅和牛&龍蝦先嚟「和牛薄燒卷沙律」和牛肉質好滑,表面燒到有焦香,配埋沙律菜一齊食,完全唔怕會有膩嘅感覺❤️「黑松露海膽蟹肉溏心蛋」呢個好有睇頭,有埋金萡‼️不過個人覺得黑松露味道好強烈,搶左海膽嘅甘甜味~~整個味道都好豐富「原隻鮮活澳洲黑邊大鮑魚」第一次見咁大隻鮑魚,真係有我隻手咁大入口Q彈,仲有好肥美鮑魚肝,肥而不膩,味道濃鬱鮮甜「活龍蝦」無疑新鮮龍蝦係好好食,口感鮮嫩爽彈,師傅控制火候啱啱好不過點嫌海膽龍蝦汁太濃,食落有啲膩‼️「伊比利亞豬柳」「龍蝦帶子豆腐鯛魚湯」食到咁飽,飲碗熱辣辣嘅魚湯係好滿足又龍蝦又鯛魚,個湯真係好鮮甜 continue reading

最近咗一間餐廳叫做「虎鐵」,試咗佢哋嘅特色二人套餐,真係好正呀!首先上嚟嘅係煙三文魚沙律,新鮮嘅三文魚配上清爽嘅沙律醬,一口咬落去,鮮味十足,令人食得好開心。接著嚟嘅就係蟹肉海膽松露溏心蛋,個蛋煮得剛剛好,蛋黃流出嚟嘅時候,好似金黃色嘅寶藏,裡面仲有蟹肉同海膽,味道好濃郁,真係令人回味無窮。然後就係時令海鮮,佢哋用咗新鮮嘅海鮮,煮成一道豪華嘅菜式,每一口都好鮮美,令人感受到大海嘅恩賜。再嚟就係活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬,鮑魚鮮嫩多汁,同蟹肉海苔醬一齊食,味道更加豐富,令人嘆為觀止。唔少得嘅就係法國鵝肝,鵝肝滑溜入口,搭配上餐廳特製嘅醬汁,味道更加濃郁,真係一絕。然後就係熊本縣A5和牛薄燒,和牛肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,每一口都好滋味。配菜方面,有香煎野菜,野菜保持咗原汁原味,煎得恰到好處,口感鮮脆。湯品方面,有刺身帶子豆腐鯛魚湯,湯底鮮甜,帶子豆腐同鯛魚令湯更加豐富。最後,係黑松露櫻花蝦炒飯,飯粒飽滿,每一口都有黑松露同櫻花蝦嘅香氣,令人食得好滿足。總括嚟講,「虎鐵」嘅特色二人套餐真係好豐富,每一道菜都有獨特嘅風味,令人回味無窮。如果你想同朋友一齊享受美食,「虎鐵」絕對係一個好好嘅選擇! continue reading

位於銅鑼灣的鐵板燒居酒屋。已經很久沒有吃鐵板燒了,終於等到好友提出帶我去食好西,便決定不惜調更也要去食這一餐~(?如一般鐵板燒居酒屋,餐廳同樣設有吧枱,食客可以近距離觀看師傅烹煮手法及過程,無疑是鐵板燒居酒屋最吸引人之處呢~ ⋆__ 虎鐵二人套餐 $2889/2ᴘᴘ__⋆ 。意大利花茶。牛油果海蝦沙律。時令海鮮。黑松露蟹肉海膽溏心蛋。原隻活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬。原隻活龍蝦。熊本縣A5和牛厚燒┆薄燒。香煎野菜。刺身帶子豆腐鯛魚湯。黑松露三文魚籽海膽杯炒飯。鐵板梳芙厘雪糕  ___⋆ ⋆ ___  ✿ 意大利花茶┆牛油果海蝦沙律前菜以牛油果海蝦沙律作為開胃菜,清新爽脆的沙律菜配搭鮮嫩的牛油果及海蝦,清爽鮮甜,非常開胃;另外也會送上一壺熱花茶,玫瑰花香氣撲鼻,解膩又順喉。(雖然還是想飲汽水多些?.✿ 蟹肉海膽松露糖心蛋   以半隻蛋殼上菜,上面舖滿鮮甜的蟹肉及海膽,鮮味濃郁,加上有金箔的點綴及淋上龍蝦汁,精緻又華麗;搭配滑溜的蒸蛋,味道豐富。.✿ 時令海鮮 / 活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬當日的時令海鮮是鐵板煎日本蠔,以大量蔥蒜作搭配,香脆內嫩,非常惹味。至於鮑魚採用的是南非孔雀鮑魚,只見鮑魚非常大隻又新鮮,有點Creepy但鮑魚動彈不得的過程無疑引來所有食客掏出手機拍照。鮑魚原隻上桌,份量十足,肉厚軟熟,口感更是爽口彈牙;搭配海苔蟹肉醬及魚籽一併進食,口感更有層次。另外配菜有已煎香的鮑魚肝臟,淺嚐頗甘香豐腴,濃味鹹香。.✿ 原隻活龍蝦 龍蝦烹煮後會拆肉上菜,吃用時更方便。龍蝦新鮮又大隻,肉質爽彈,鮮甜啖啖肉,非常滿足! 搭配以蟹膏及海膽醬混製的醬汁,鮮味更突出。.✿  熊本縣A5和牛厚燒及薄燒┆香煎野菜A5和牛厚燒肉味濃郁,五成熟的肉質嫩滑細緻,軟腍充滿油香;薄燒的牛肉片油香相對較少,但捲入大量香蔥及香蒜後,更是惹味。另外配菜會有日本南瓜、番薯及大啡菇,平衡了一下吃肉的油膩感。.✿ 刺身帶子豆腐鯛魚湯每次都覺得日式料理的湯都很濃郁鮮甜,這間當然也是如此。鯛魚湯呈奶白色,加入龍蝦及薄薄的刺身帶子及滑溜的豆腐,足料又鮮甜。.✿ 黑松露三文魚籽海膽杯炒飯每次見到師傅以鐵板炒飯都有莫名的喜悅感 (米飯正氣呀~炒飯會以杯子盛著,上面放滿海膽、三文魚籽及黑松露,賣相已夠精緻又花心思;每一口炒飯都混入海膽及三文魚籽的鮮甜,整體乾爽又香口,超級滿足呢~ .✿  鐵板梳芙厘雪糕最後的鐵板梳芙厘雪糕,只見師傅在鐵板即時制作,光是製作過程已相當令人期待。做好後呈上碟時根本就是甜品店的梳芙呀,外皮有點焦脆香口,咬下去內層軟綿綿,空氣感十足,已經足以勝過很多坊間的甜品店呢! 真心~而雪糕選了豆腐口味,清新香甜,搭配梳芙厘更是天作之合啊~ continue reading
