從小就來這間老字號吃飯，今次相隔很久再次光臨，心中有數是貴的，叫個例牌燒鵝，燒鵝皮不脆，肉韌一個致命點 （我都經常到國內品嚐有口感嘅鵝鴨雞，所以才感到什麼叫韌什麼叫口感），沒有在堂食的感覺，此外買回家吃的溫度，所以感到失望。跟住叫咗個頭抽炒斑球，魚肉很鮮味，做得不錯，只是份量少了一點。反而最出色就係個甜品，叫咗個熱嘅荔芋西米露，很出色，員工態度非常好，有禮貌，但主體食品不理想，尤其出名嘅燒鵝，有改善嘅空間。

燒鹅嘅皮燒得比较脆，皮下面系一层非常多汁嘅油脂，再下面就系鮮嫩多汁嘅鹅肉啦，呢層油脂真系冇得頂，燒出嚟之後嘅層次仲係非常分明，油脂保留嘅程度都係啱啱好，淋嘅麻醬亦都為燒鵝增返些少甜香

環境：就係繁華嘅中環，交通便利，出咗地鐵行幾百米就到口味：我個人認為係粵菜嘅天花板，燒鵝係招牌菜，基本每圍檯都係必點，蘸料應該係用花生醬，同其他餐廳嘅燒鵝汁有啲唔同。東星斑夠生猛，蒸得啱啱好唔會過咗火候，咕嚕肉肥瘦適中，味道都好好性價比：除咗貴，冇其他毛病
