老掌櫃東北菜館位於大角咀道牡丹大廈地舖,環境充滿街頭熱鬧氣息,彷彿置身北方小城。店內以紅色和木色為主調,牆上掛著傳統東北花布和復古燈籠,營造出濃厚的東北民俗氛圍。餐廳空間不算寬敞,桌椅排列緊密,木製圓桌和長凳讓人聯想到老式飯館,牆角堆放的啤酒箱更添幾分粗獷感。雖然有些網友提到環境嘈雜,鄰桌談話聲清晰可聞,但這種熱鬧反而讓人感到親切,像是回到舊時的市井生活。店內冷氣稍強,夏天用餐可能需要外套,但通風良好,油煙味不重。我點了北京填鴨(半隻),鴨皮烤得酥脆,肉質嫩滑,搭配青瓜絲和京蔥,捲在薄餅裡入口香濃,雖然有些人覺得皮不夠脆,但對我來說已很滿足。還試了乾扁四季豆,炒得乾身無渣,鹹香適中,雖無標示的辣味,但下飯一流。酸辣湯酸度恰好,帶點微辣,內有木耳和豆腐絲,喝起來暖胃。飲品選了熱豆漿,豆香濃郁,無渣順滑,與環境的懷舊風格很搭。唯一的建議是桌與桌間距可稍寬些,會更舒適。老掌櫃的環境和食物讓人感受到東北的豪邁,是大角咀的特色餐廳。 continue reading

某日同朋友講開突然間好想食東北米,之後就即興去食東北菜,剛好搵到原來呢間餐廳都幾出名架喎,即刻去試下。我地兩個人大概等咗半個鐘,一路等一路諗唔知仲有無片皮鴨食呢 (因為原來要訂架),結果都未坐暖就即刻問下好彩有半隻,即刻要咗佢,另外再叫羊肉餅、糖醋排骨,成餐飯都好滿意啊!片皮鴨半隻份量都好多,色澤均勻、油脂豐富,一上碟就已經飄嚟好香嘅炭燒味,配合大蔥、青瓜等一齊食用,一入口香味已經散發整個喉嚨,真係好好食啊!糖醋排骨,上碟已經好悅目,甜酸度平衡得好好,炸漿唔算太厚,撈飯食真係可以食十碗。羊肉餅,肉和蔥的比例好好,兩者互相配合減低油膩感,而且餅皮好薄,每一啖都食到充滿上湯嘅餡料,推介! continue reading

同朋友約食飯嗰陣發現大家都不約而同bookmark咗呢間餐廳,所以好快決定會約去老掌櫃,原本想去荃灣果間分店因為果頭多啲嘢行,但係荃灣嗰間評價太參差所以都係去返大角咀總店~好彩一早book左,因為都幾多人等位。。。但明明都早左成個禮拜book,竟然可以係我去到果陣咁啱近門口位置有一台客人走佢先即刻執俾我叫我地坐呢張, 忍唔住問咗佢一句“咁我book枱嚟做咩?!” 環境勁嘈。。。枱與枱之間非常逼,左邊右邊果檯嘅人既對話內容聽得一清二楚👎👎我哋叫咗乾扁四季豆, 豆腐粉條燒帶魚同埋蔥爆羊肉~乾扁四季豆整得唔錯,幾乾身,無渣,menu寫住有一粒辣椒但係完全食唔到辣味,其實係偏鹹但唔麻同唔太香~豆腐粉條燒帶魚既汁極似茶餐廳嘅薑蔥斑腩煲,豆腐同魚水準正常,粉條索晒啲汁都ok蔥爆羊肉冇我想像中咁有鑊氣,羊味唔太重,但都幾韌,其實一般雖然今次體驗麻麻,但menu上仲有好多我想試嘅菜式,所以可能都仲係有機會再黎既 continue reading

去D間東北菜館真係要book 定位,如果唔係都要等幾耐!D間菜館座位都有D迫,但冇為計,為咗食出名平靚正嘅北京填鴨點樣都要將就下。我同朋友好彩打左電話訂枱,如果吾係吾知要等幾耐!入到去,侍應雖然好忙,但都好友善甘幫我地落單,仲建議我地吾好點太多,免得食唔晒👍北京填鴨$168一定必食,除咗價錢真係平,肉又夠厚、皮又脆!加埋大蔥、青瓜絲、麵皮和D醬,滋味到冇得頂,正正正老醋海蜇頭配青瓜,甜甜地酸酸地,係夏日炎炎中感覺很舒服!清炒萵筍$72不過不失,至在夠大碟,又唔多油又爽口。扙絲蘋果$68好特別,外甜內酸,食咗第一口就停吾倒口!真係大件夾抵食,又平又有質素,我哋食到捧住個肚走,實熟難得,下次一定會再幫襯 continue reading

Book咗19:15最後要等到20:00先入座,唔太明佢個訂座既定義叫咗四個餸一個飯片皮鴨😋😋😋😋係幾好食既,片脆唔太油,可惜餅皮太厚同唔夠熱東北酸菜餃😋😋係第一隻味覺上有驚喜,第二隻開始正常無特別千層醬豬耳😋😋😋😋辣辣地幾好味酒糟魚片😋😋😋魚肉嫩滑,汁夠味,整體幾好東北炒飯😋😋😋😋😋份量十分足夠而味道非常之好,唔太油膩以咁既價錢食到地道東北菜算係有交代如果係安排訂座同用餐時間上加強,同提供餐廳內足夠的空氣(冷氣),咁就好好多 continue reading
