臨近中秋節,又要煩惱去邊到食中秋飯,上網見幾多人話杭州酒家質素唔錯,價錢又唔算貴,就約咗屋企人去嗰度食。佢係樓上店,地方都算幾大,裝修優雅,比普通酒樓坐得舒服,當晚full booking都唔會話好嘈傾唔到計。杭州菜同上海菜都有啲相似,今晚都叫咗鮮肉小籠包(4隻$36)、鍋貼(4隻$68)、燻魚($98)、素鵝($78)同埋東坡肉($228)。東坡肉炆到好腍好入味,好易夾開,佢配嘅薄餅都好軟熟,夾埋東坡肉食無咁肥膩🤤小籠包皮夠薄,但個餡就實咗啲,而個鍋貼就調返轉,個餡好食,但係個皮就厚啲。😂平時都係叫砂鍋雲吞雞,今次叫咗砂鍋醃篤鮮($318)試吓。湯底味道好濃郁,飲得出煲咗好耐嘅湯,入面嘅咸肉好腍,飲一碗唔夠喉🤭另外都叫咗啲杭州菜式,香乾馬蘭頭($88)同埋糯米蓮藕($78),兩款都好特別。馬蘭頭冇乜草青味,同埋因為係前菜,所以係凍食,食落仲有啲麻油香。而糯米蓮藕有啲似甜品感覺,蓮藕好腍同糯米又幾夾,同埋應該加左啲麥芽糖,所以有拉絲效果😍另外杭椒篤菜墨魚幾有驚喜,篤菜味道唔濃,但加落道菜就吊起鮮味,墨魚又夠彈牙,杭椒食食下都幾辣,算係一道完全唔同味道嘅菜👍🏻香酥鴨(半隻$178)望落好似有啲乾但食落唔會,而且佢起晒骨,個底仲炸到好脆口,同平時食嘅好唔同。見到有乾炸響鈴($78)忍唔住叫,食落超鬆脆,又無油膱味,如果平時打邊爐有呢隻響鈴就正啦🤣杭州炒飯($128)好似平時楊州炒飯咁,但係佢係落咗豉油,食落嘅味道會豐富啲。原本叫上湯小菠菜($108),但冇晒菠菜就轉做莧菜,份量都算幾多,莧菜亦都煮到好腍。最後叫埋高力豆沙(4件$88),唔會好似其他店咁中間空心,入面有滿滿嘅豆沙餡,但又唔會太甜,有呢個甜品收尾好滿足🥰 continue reading

上次食到趕頭趕命,今次想認真慢慢哋享受一下美食,難得同兩老過海,去食米芝蓮一星餐廳。一心嚟食嘅主角臭豆腐,將街頭小食响一星餐廳演繹,細件裝一口嘅size,炸得香脆又易食,將陣陣獨有嘅嗅味變成高級。馬蘭頭,成日誤會佢係雪菜,上網check吓佢原來好有益,涼拌加咗豆腐乾同一點點麻油香,好適合夏天食用。有點貴嘅東坡肉,肉燜得好淋好入味,味道調配得剛好,配上薄餅索上肥肉嘅油脂加一點點汁,好美味。杭州炒麵似幼麵版粗炒,有肉絲、冬菇、韮黃,加上鑊氣,都唔錯。家常餅有香蔥加芝麻炸得好香又脆,好好味。 continue reading

🥢杭州酒家📌灣仔莊士敦道178號-188號 華懋莊士敦廣場一樓·好幾年沒有來光顧了,適逢外地有親人回港,她說想吃杭州菜今天便一起去品嚐。典雅的裝修以簡約中式為主,傳統的味道,我們點了期待的「龍井河蝦仁」蝦仁以較低溫油泡至僅僅熟,有如水晶般,鮮嫩爽口,龍井茶湯和紹酒把蝦仁帶出清香。「花雕醉雞」放於湯盅中的醉雞份量也不少,滿滿的酒香,雞肉嫩滑。「杭州素鵝」薄薄的腐皮好入味,一層層的好細緻,充滿着汁液,有口感。「富貴雙方」富貴雙方用上火腿最好的部位,用慢火蒸透再用桂花醃製做成咸香帶甜,再加上酥脆的炸腐皮夾在軟糯的餅皮中,一口咸香又帶甜的滋味。「尖椒牛柳」第一口吃尖椒感覺好辣,牛柳嫩滑,再嚐,尖椒的辣可接受,全碟都吃完。「火朣雲吞雞」太好味,忘了拍照,湯頭濃香,雲吞啖啖肉。「高力豆沙」甜品必點,有雪綿的感覺。 continue reading
