To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好難得食到D燒乳鴿唔係落油鑊起勢炸,炸到硬晒仲要油淋淋,呢間小店的燒乳鴿真正做到皮脆肉嫩,新鮮美味,$68一隻真係好抵食。Openrice D食評話呢間店必點波羅咕嚕肉,又真係無講錯,真係好好食,咕嚕肉的肉質新鮮有彈性,淋咗汁之後外面層皮都仲可以保留到個脆度,入面舊豬肉質素都唔錯,唔係因為可以求其炸完再淋返個濃味嘅汁而用D質素差嘅肉。豉椒鵝腸用嘅鵝腸新鮮美味,仲可以食到微微嘅鵝油香味。唔好以為D紅椒黃椒青椒係配菜就忽略咗佢地,D椒炒得又香又入味,非常清爽。黃金豆腐粒D豆腐真係非常滑,呢味餸用黎餸酒真係一流。叫咗四樣野四樣都好好味,老闆娘同D伙記嘅服務都好好,唔係好似某D食評講到咁得人驚woo。

Openrice D食評話呢間店必點波羅咕嚕肉,又真係無講錯,真係好好食,咕嚕肉的肉質新鮮有彈性,淋咗汁之後外面層皮都仲可以保留到個脆度,入面舊豬肉質素都唔錯,唔係因為可以求其炸完再淋返個濃味嘅汁而用D質素差嘅肉。

當晚的鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉(圖1️⃣),聽說是集眾的名菜。味道的確不錯,比一般店的更脆卜卜,不會油膩。但阿薯更加欣賞的是黃金豆腐粒(圖2️⃣),外脆內軟,熱辣辣的,讓人不禁一口接一口地吃下去。地道粉絲煲(圖3️⃣)入味而且份量多,是飽肚之選。

四個人在太子食晚飯,叫咗3個餸,3個都唔錯。招牌咕嚕肉真係招牌菜,真係好好食,佢D咕嚕肉炸到個皮脆口,入面D豬肉竟然仲幾嫩,仲有肉汁。雖然淋返個甜酸汁上面,不過對個咕嚕肉嘅脆皮又唔會有太大影響,起碼食到仲脆脆地,好掂。因為我自己鍾意食魚卜,所以呢度有梗係叫黎試,佢仲要唔係薑蔥魚卜而係白胡椒煎,鐵板上,保持溫度,令魚卜無咁易醒,另外用白胡椒配魚卜香得黎又無晒D魚醒味,都幾好食。呢個係什菌豆腐煲,D豆腐好滑,清清地幾好食。作為一間小炒店,呢度嘅價錢真係略高,不過以呢個價錢,佢嘅食物質素同埋烹調味道喺出面真係冇乜地方可以做得,當茶餐廳食個晚餐都要$70 ,呢度稱得上物有所值。

作為一間小炒店,呢度嘅價錢真係略高,不過以呢個價錢,佢嘅食物質素同埋烹調味道喺出面真係冇乜地方可以做得,當茶餐廳食個晚餐都要$70 ,呢度稱得上物有所值。

我近年食過最差嘅一間餐廳,已經前一晚特登打電話book話要乳鴿,諗住同舊同事聚吓舊見吓面,搵間小菜館食吓嘢。點知呢間餐廳全部嘢都甩皮甩骨咁,我落班嘅時候已經同佢講咗話尋日特登留咗兩隻乳鴿,但都可以等我地食到一半既時候話比我哋知賣哂,而且最離譜嘅係仲想賴返落我哋轉頭,話我哋無落單,明明一早落單嘅時候已經講咗幾次,尋日有留到乳鴿,叫佢同我落單,咁都可以冇咗件事嘅,呢間嘢真係經經典。佢啲人完全係冇溝通,運作又極差,啲侍應又唔醒目,廚房出菜勁慢,啲人講到佢啲咕嚕肉點樣好食,其實真係好普通,我哋真係食到個個都好炆憎,情願去過第二間食過,賣單嘅時候又計多錢,我真係強烈建議啲人唔好幫襯,真係唔值,附近周圍大把嘢食,真係唔使食得咁谷氣!

即刻叫餸,叫完等左半個鐘先出第一碟,係拔絲咕嚕肉,我地隨即叫左4個飯,諗住一邊食一邊等其他餸同飯,點知第一口食個咕嚕肉,居然唔熱的,仲要唔係拔絲的!$138一碟普通到唔普通嘅例牌size 咕嚕肉,D 肉仲要唔多新鮮咁樣, 唔知點解O.R. 會有咁多好評。。。 🤔

幾分鐘後先再來第二碟金沙尤魚,又係又咸又唔多新鮮的!

第三碟金磚豆腐需然都係唔熱的,但味道都還可以 。

一路追緊嗰4個飯,終於喺追左5,6次之後姍姍來遲, 來到都係暖的 🤐

等到第4碟鵝腸,結果又係唔熱,仲要又咸又有腥臭味🫣

到第5同第6碟餸到來,都一樣又係唔熱,味道都係一般!

最後第7&8碟等到 7:19分都未見影,我地叫老闆娘取消, 因為實在等到飽晒( 真係以為自己去左巴黎食法國菜!)當時老闆娘聽到反應好嬲,問我地而家係咪想唔要,係就早D 講! 我話而家咪話緊妳知囉! 跟住佢好嬲咁走埋來同我講, 妳知唔知妳由落單到而家只係等左40分鐘咋? 我話最後來第6碟嗰碟炒介蘭都等左1個鐘啦! 點只40分鐘呀! 而且妳又話要我地 7:45pm 還枱, 而家都仲有2碟未來,我地點食得切呀! 跟住佢黑晒面問我,妳而家係咪要取消? 係就要即刻埋單即刻走! 我話好呀! 咁妳取消啦! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬(後來醒起,我地坐低時見隔離枱又係取消了一些order 而同這個事頭婆有爭辦,但由於當時冇為意這間店咁袞,所以以為係個客嘅問題,冇理會後著係點樣結尾!點知原來都會發生埋喺我身上!)

總結,此食店已經唔係清潔, 衞生欠奉,廁所又細又要踎的,有老人家更不應帶他們來! 所有食物都應該唔係即炒即上枱,所以上枱碟碟都係暖的,價錢,完全同食物質數和份量不對稱! 再加上冇禮貌的老闆娘, 逼夾的環境, 絕對不推薦光顧!

開關後D加拿大親戚返香港探親,同佢地食飯要食中菜,於是就帶佢地黎呢間試一試。佢地個個都話菠蘿咕嚕肉好食,佢嘅咕嚕肉真係做到皮脆肉嫩有彈性,D汁又唔會整到個咕嚕肉淋晒,D菠蘿仲係新鮮菠蘿唔係用罐頭菠蘿,水準之作。蒜蓉粉絲蒸青口蒸得好鮮嫩,啱啱熟所以好Juicy,真係做到鮮味加滋味。黃金豆腐粒有驚喜,入面舊豆腐好滑,係一個非常正嘅小食。蝦乾蒜蓉蒸勝瓜又係好好食,佢D蝦乾都幾大隻,好香蝦乾味。將勝瓜粗鞋部份切走,所以食落去好嫩。樣樣都好食,個個都食得開心。

朋友強烈推介我一定要黎呢間舖頭試吓佢個咕嚕肉,今晚終於黎咗,個咕嚕肉真係無介紹錯,我見基本上差不多枱枱都有叫,堅掂。佢個咕嚕人見人愛嘅地方就係真係做到外面就算落咗汁仍然可以有脆皮感覺,而入面嘅肉又可以保持嫩滑兼帶少少肉汁,師傅功架出晒黎。佢個小炒皇都好正,炒得夠乾身,一上枱已經聞到D韭菜的香味,仲有就係佢D芋頭絲炸到好脆口,而D腰果亦都炒到香晒,好夠鑊氣。我見廚師推介塊板仲有一味白胡椒魚標好似幾正,叫咗,好食好惹味,佢用鐵板上熱辣辣,仲有佢好聰明咁用了白胡椒闢咗D魚鯹味,另外個魚標煎到少少脆面口感唔錯。佢個琥珀合桃都唔錯,餸酒啱晒,老闆娘話係師傅自己整唔係直接交貨黎唔怪得之咁好味啦。

呢間真係值得期待的小店,唔卦得知唔Book位都幾難Walk-in,個羊腩煲超正,好彩Book位時口多多問吓有咩野要Book定。佢個羊腩煲係用新鮮羊腩,所以令人覺得D肉質特別好,佢D羊一D都唔"so",仲有D枝竹吸晒D羊味好正。咕嚕肉係佢地嘅名菜,D咕嚕肉真係做到外脆內軟,D菠蘿係用新鮮菠蘿,D咕嚕肉用嘅豬肉又係用新鮮豬肉,唔怪得佢D小菜價錢係略高,不過物有所值,同用雪藏食材好唔同,真係好味好多。辣子雞做得好乾身,又香又辣,D腰果炒得好香,腰果上面仲有辣椒味,夠晒鑊氣。籠仔甜梅菜蒸菜芯係老闆娘推介嘅,真係唔錯,D菜芯蒸到好軟,D梅菜嘅質素都唔錯,清清地,好過炒菜或者金銀蛋。白胡椒煎魚卜又係好食,第一次咁樣煮魚卜,D白胡椒好香,D魚卜都幾鮮味,唔知關唔關D白胡椒事呢?

從來都不想寫食評,因為每人的口味不同,不想影響其他人。但今次真的很氣憤,因為老闆娘的態度實在令人汗顏。我們訂了2人位,5:25 到了菜館,老闆娘已說6:40要交枱,明白既,做生意緊要。不說味道了,上到枱的餸菜要熱是基本要求吧 。我們2人叫了2碟餸菜及2人份的白肺湯。第一碟上枱的是,完全沒有熱的感覺,再試下啲餸料,是凍的,同老闆娘說,她說3碟一齊炒,怎麼只有你碟會凍?我又怎麼知道呢!她將那碟餸菜來回了2轉與我們爭論說碟的低部是暖的,然後與㕑房說佢哋要隻碟都熱,我們從來沒說過要隻碟熱,只要求餸菜熱,那麼簡單。

真正的冬天來了,又到了羊腩煲季節,今晚在這太子小飯店食羊腩煲,味道唔錯,唔知係唔係因為佢地係用新鮮羊肉做羊腩煲,所以無乜羶味。$498一煲,羊腩份量都幾多,仲跟埋一碟生菜比我地。D枝竹吸晒D羊腩汁所以特別好食。老闆娘仲問我地夠唔夠汁真係好細心好服務。羊腩煲之外我地仲叫咗個咕嚕肉,真係好食,唔卦得差唔多枱枱都叫,老闆娘話佢地係用新鮮豬肉,真係好難得,因為新鮮豬肉真係貴好多,所以出面大部份食肆都唔會咁落本。另外仲飲了佢有隻支裝德國麥啤,幾好飲,同羊腩煲好夾。

服務態度非常之差,未坐好就崔人叫餸,6點15分入座,7點45分要立即走。又污糟又嘈。員工又污糟,沒有禮貌。趕人走,我們無飲茶無食過花生,等齊人先叫餸。那位收銀大嬸態度惡劣走過來叫我地走。仲要收10元服務費,垃圾無禮貌。又將貓鎖在出面,對小動物不尊重。我們三個人,得半張枱用,伙計仲用了三份一張枱來自己打包外賣。現在飲食開始多人大家都明白,唔明點解可以有咁嘅服務態度?深水埗太子大把小菜館炒餸。希望那位大嬸服務態度改善。員工又少製造緊張氣氛。
