位於銅鑼灣的壽喜燒專門店。說起來除了所謂的壽喜燒放題,我仍未在香港吃過正式的壽喜燒餐廳呢~由於日哦夜哦me,朋友大概是受不了,終於決定要帶我去吃壽喜燒了。⋆_____ Cathay set $980/pp______⋆❅ 先付三點𓈒𓏸𓐍 磯燒日本鮑魚 / 鮟鱇魚肝配柚子醋 / 蟹膏凍豆腐三款前菜整整齊齊擺放,精緻吸引,尤其蟹膏凍豆腐,嫩滑味濃,很是開胃。.❅ 刺身三點𓈒𓏸𓐍  鰤魚 / 帶子 / 拖羅 連刺身也是新鮮又厚切,完全沒有hea你的意思;尤其拖羅色澤粉嫩,無筋又肥美。.❅ 三文魚籽松葉蟹茶碗蒸蒸蛋味道偏清淡,但勝在夠滑溜柔嫩,更有大量蟹肉絲及三文魚籽呢。.❅ 關西風壽喜燒記得以前在日本吃過關西壽喜燒時已特別鍾情~餐廳提供以下不同的肉類:𓈒𓏸𓐍  A4和牛肩胛:店員會建議先吃肉味最濃郁的牛肩胛,入口時口感豐潤,油香與肉味恰到好處。𓈒𓏸𓐍  A4和牛肉眼:油花最豐富,因此油脂比例較高,味道甘香且入口即化,肉質軟嫩。𓈒𓏸𓐍  A4和牛西冷:最後的和牛西冷口感有彈性且肉味濃郁,入口同時能吃到和牛的軟嫩、肉味及油香,非常滿足。不同款式的肉類與香甜的醬油湯汁一起燉煮,再蘸沾蛋液一併進食,口感柔軟又香甜;如果略嫌吃牛肉有點太油膩,更可以搭配日本米飯,減低油膩感又飽足!.❅ 季節野菜盛合在燉煮牛肉的過程中,師傅已巧妙地用了不同的蔬菜配搭牛肉,口感層次更豐富;而最後便會把剩下的野菜煮成一碗,當中最特別的莫過有青蘋果,清甜又清新。.❅ 黑松露和牛炒烏冬本來吃了不少米飯及牛肉,已頗有飽足感;但黑松露炒烏冬真的不能不食!炒的過程中,師傅超級大手一揮的放了勁量的黑松露,香氣撲鼻非常誘人;炒好後會再食客喜好灑上芝麻,整體香口又惹味!.❅ 甜品:開心果雪糕配蜜瓜餐廳還是略懂流量密碼呢 (笑~蜜瓜香甜,正常發揮;驚喜在於竟然有開心果雪糕提供! 而且開心果味濃郁突出,雪糕香滑,朋友更稱這是最近吃過開心果味道最濃郁的雪糕呢~ continue reading

出街想食餐好既,諗起日式壽喜燒,就去了位於銅鑼灣,地點方便的壽兵衛!壽兵衛做更個Cathay優惠套餐,邊食邊賺里數,HK$980一位,因為份量好足,價錢都好合理!頭盤,北海道帆立貝刺身鮮甜,深海池魚口感好爽口,大拖羅無筋,入口即溶!好正!👏🏻👍🏻[三文魚籽松葉蟹茶碗蒸],蛋蒸得好滑溜,好足料,有好多蟹肉同埋三文魚籽!然後就開始主菜時間了,[關西風壽喜燒],師傅講解比我地知道有三種唔同部位的和牛,首先吃的是[A4和牛肩胛],脂肪比例是適中,牛肉味比較香濃,沾點甜醬油,配以生雞蛋醬,真的是人間美食,配埋日本香米飯,吃的好高興又滿足!,係油脂比例最高的,和牛的香氣在口腔中留了很久!肉質鮮嫩無比的!去到中段,會有休息時間,會上蔬菜調和一下,吸引了醬汁的味道,連蔬菜都好出色。然後繼續[A4和牛西冷],油脂比例最少,牛肉口道適中,口感比較有層次,也是很建議配米飯一起吃的!這時候,姬松茸清湯來了,可以調和一下味蕾,還有其他的各種蔬菜。最後仲有[黑松露和牛炒烏冬],師傅仲好問黑松露有無需要加多點,份量真係好足料又惹味,所以一定食得夠飽!😆飯後仲要有開心果味雪糕同埋日本蜜瓜🍈,好正! continue reading
