今日同朋友一齊去咗銅鑼灣嘅「老北京」食lunch,真係有啲驚喜!呢間餐廳主打中式菜餚,午餐套餐性價比超高,我哋兩個人貪心咗啲,叫咗三個套餐試試佢嘅招牌菜同新菜式。套餐設計好貼心,主菜係即叫即炒,保證新鮮熱辣,仲配有白飯、湯同糖水任添,連水果都有—d 橙仲切好晒俾你拎,簡單又窩心。首先講講配菜,佢每日都會有唔同變化,夠晒新鮮感。今日嘅湯係鴨湯,職員話每日會用唔同配料煮,今日飲落鴨味濃郁,湯底清甜,暖胃又滋潤。糖水就係紅豆小米加番薯,入口軟糯香甜,番薯嘅甜味同紅豆好夾,估唔到咁簡單嘅組合可以咁有驚喜!店員話有時會用綠豆煮,下次要再試試其他款。主菜方面,我哋叫咗三款:糖醋魚片、蔥爆牛肉同店員推薦嘅新菜—紅燒獅子頭。糖醋魚片酸甜開胃,魚肉嫩滑,醬汁濃而不膩,配飯一流。紅燒獅子頭係新菜,肉質軟腍入味,醬汁濃香,帶點肥瘦相間嘅口感,好似食緊家常菜咁有親切感。但最出色要數蔥爆牛肉,牛肉炒得嫩滑多汁,蔥香同鑊氣爆發出來,食落真係令人滿足到不得了,絕對係我嘅心水之選!整體黎講,「老北京」嘅午餐套餐份量夠,味道正宗又夠鑊氣,仲有任添嘅湯同糖水,食完真係飽足又開心。喺銅鑼灣咁忙碌嘅地方搵到咁有水準嘅午餐選擇,性價比真係好高。下次仲想試吓佢哋其他主菜同糖水款式,大家有機會不妨去試試!

朋友約想食中菜,想食片皮鴨!近近地喺銅鑼灣揀咗間北方口味嘅餐廳老北京。一打開個Menu就見到片皮鴨好吸引~叫咗半隻片皮鴨,仲有得揀二食:生菜包鴨鬆/冬瓜/津白鴨骨湯,只需要加$100幾抵。片皮鴨似走過油外皮好脆脹卜卜,充滿鴨皮嘅油香,佢包嗰塊皮做到好薄半透明咁冇粉感。另外仲叫咗白菜豬肉水餃10隻,羊肉湯麵,尖椒土豆絲。羊肉湯麵我應該下次會你買外賣返屋企食。個湯底好濃郁,鍾意啲麵嘅粗幼度好實在,吸晒啲汁好正。飲品方面,叫咗二鍋頭$60我哋以為一杯原來有一支仔仲有兩個杯仔俾你慢dep原來有成五60度。但入口好香醇一滴已經成個口都係香味。本來我都唔夠膽試。有興趣同朋友可以試吓,成個感覺用餐體驗係提升咗。最最最後,食返個甜品叫咗個拔絲鴛鴦,有蘋果同埋香蕉,啱啱炸好,熱辣辣甜甜脆脆。要趁熱食~

好耐冇見嘅大學同學約咗食晚餐!其中一個好鍾意食北京烤鴨,另一個好想打邊爐所以就揀咗老北京滿足晒佢哋兩個嘅願望🤭 落晒單店員已經話會安排小菜上先~之後先會再打邊爐🐓宮保雞丁少少辣~非常惹味~好開胃雞丁又嫩又唔油~仲有脆口的花生~收工太肚餓嘅我地好快就清晒😛🦆北京烤鴨(半隻)朋友夢寐以求嘅,畢竟烤鴨🫢半隻嚟講~份量都幾多!烤鴨外皮鬆化酥脆~肉質嫩滑好香~重點餅皮夠晒薄,包埋青瓜絲、蔥絲、填鴨醬咁一啖擺入口口感好豐富🥰🥟高湯小籠包淡淡都有滿滿嘅高湯😋跟住就到打邊爐環節啦🎉🔥老北京銅鍋涮羊肉首先老闆親自同我哋介紹京式混醬~好特別~第一次食同港式嘅豉油底好唔同 混醬以香濃麻醬做基礎(本身自帶咸度)京式嘅食法會加上芫荽同葱 再根據自己口味加上韭菜花、腐乳醬、辣椒油 我哋混吓醬試味都玩得好開心😆🐐寧夏灘羊腿肉 & 雪花肥牛🐄食北京菜再加上天氣又轉凍梗係要嗌羊肉片同我地最鍾意食既肥牛 上到嚟一卷一卷咁~切得好薄好靚仔肥瘦適中🥰好適合攞嚟涮涮~連埋午餐肉、蔬菜拼盤(津白菠菜皇帝)同凍豆腐涮點埋個京式混醬簡直一絕👍唔食得辣嘅我地都落左少少辣椒油!好惹味!🍌拔絲香蕉睇完黑白大廚之後終於可以到拔絲啦!呢個真係好吸引呀!一上枱我哋都忍唔住嘩嘩聲🤩🤩🤩廚師巧妙咁用幼身糖絲係香蕉上打圈上菜嘅時候簡直就係一個藝術品啊😍觀賞值滿分💯外邊脆卜卜嘅糖絲包裹熱辣辣又軟熟嘅香蕉既唔會太甜,又唔會黐牙 真係好出色

小熊貓食火鍋就食得多,北京嘅食法就真係未試過~ 今次同朋友仔一齊去試新嘢,試吓呢個刷羊肉鍋😝 一班朋友烚吓烚吓傾吓偈聚會咁就啱㗎啦~🐑 老北京銅鍋涮羊肉我哋叫咗傳統銅火鍋,湯底較為清甜~ 配料我哋就嗌咗雪花肥牛,羊腿肉,午餐肉,蔬菜拼盤,同埋凍豆腐。羊肉牛肉肉質新鮮,睇個顏色就知,而且冇臊味👍🏼 店員推介北方食法係以香味濃郁嘅麻醬,自由配搭韭菜花醬,腐乳醬,同辣椒油~ 呢個口味好特別,偏鹹,同所有配料都配合,令人食到停唔到口。小熊貓推介凍豆腐,吸收晒醬汁入晒味~🦆 北京烤鴨晶瑩剔透嘅薄餅皮,配上肉質鮮嫩肥瘦分明嘅鴨肉,加上爽脆嘅青瓜同蔥絲,味道惹味~ 由於主要嘅目的係想食火鍋,所以淨係嗌咗半隻,但佢嘅份量都十足,半隻都好夠食。🐔 宮保雞丁爆香咗嘅洋蔥同埋青紅椒散發出淡淡嘅甜味,同新鮮又柔嫩嘅雞肉配搭得非常之好,最後加上增加花生同辣椒,送飯一流。🐷 高湯小籠包肉汁鮮甜,皮薄餡靚,咬落去口感豐富,又爆曬汁,真係搞唔掂。🍌拔絲香蕉一上枱我哋已經嘩嘩聲,賣相精緻瑰麗~ 上面嘅拔絲幼細而高挺,好考功夫~ 味道驚喜,外邊嘅糖好脆,入邊嘅香蕉又熱又軟,我哋呢餐畫上完美嘅句號。
