  好友從北京南下到香港觀光,我當然要一盡地主之誼帶她四處遊覽和品嚐美食。今晚晚餐我選了於銅鑼灣的「 Sushi N 」給她嚐一嚐這家有質素的Omakase希望她會喜歡。這裡是以自然原木色系木條間格裝潢座位舒適,我們坐在吧枱前與師傅作了個招呼,工作人員奉上了熱茶,感覺相當良好。我們從Menu中選了 $ 1080 /位 的Omakase Set ~項目份量剛好。可品嚐:前菜,刺身,壽司,手卷,湯,甜品等。先付三品~南瓜汁豆腐,黑梅貝配大根,醋漬車喱茄冰冰涼,味蕾為之一醒!南瓜汁甜美,豆腐滑脫脱。黑梅貝爽口,大根頗入味很鮮甜。Nice的師傅用認真的態度介紹食材和製作,讚!北海道真蠔蠔肉質地清爽,清新,鮮甜口感有淡淡海水鹹味。很喜歡!甜蝦他他配雪魚干雪魚脆脆三文魚籽鮮甜,蝦肉鮮嫩配上柚子皮口感層豐富味道又清新。松露間八魚~有松露香的魚肉口感獨特,韌中帶少許脆,加上紫蘇花添上一重香味,越嚼越好味!赤木魚刺身壽司一口壽司份量剛好,魚肉脆甜。秋刀魚壽司秋天吃很合時,DHA豐富肉質較腍。A4和牛紅的綠的配菜點綴下賣相精緻,一口一件,配上芥茉籽,岩塩作調味。非常軟滑湿潤肉味濃郁更有油脂的甘香,餘韻十足!劍魚腩配上醬油蛋黃漬和炸蔥,劍魚腩肉質細嫩肥美,捲著醬油蛋入口甘滑別有一番韻味。師傅用火槍為這道銀雪魚作煙燻~片刻的煙燻已經令豐盈的銀雪魚充滿風味。白粟米爽甜多汁北寄貝~清甜爽脆金目鯛~肉質細嫩拖羅~肥美甘香就像豚肉口。北海道海膽質地柔滑細緻鮮甜豐厚,非常美味!吃完好有幸福感!呈奶白濃郁魚湯鮮甜無比。最後,品嚐含薑味的甜品~雪糕這份 Omakase  Set 好友和我都吃得很滿足!滿意! continue reading
