食得多日本菜,原來係會上癮的哈哈,之前聽朋友講,有一家餐廳食日本料理好出名,今次特登帶朋友去,晚上的話以套餐為主,睇左一下餐牌,都係兩人套餐抵食($298)😋每人先送上一碗南瓜三文魚湯☺️Sashimi Salad & 田園 Salad沙律方面分別有兩種唔同的沙律,當中比較推薦的是魚生沙律,第一次見這種配搭,非常特別,前菜食少少沙律可以更開胃🙌刺身三款魚生分別有三種不同的種類,確實要點個讚👍拖羅、三文魚、鱲魚,每款有兩片,食完有點唔夠喉🤣蟶子海鮮料理第一次見如此長的蟶子,如果要兩人share的話,鮮味十足,另外有蒜蓉汁和牛油果醬,簡直就是絕配🥰MISU Sashimi don魚生份量超級多,拖羅、北海道牡丹蝦、北海道帆立貝、三文魚籽、三文魚等等,新鮮送到港,啖啖肉,正啊😋Slow-cooked salmon with Japanese soba低溫真空慢煮的三文魚,不會過老之餘,亦不會過生,味道食落去剛剛好,有點半生熟的感覺,口感一流✨豆腐牛乳蛋糕豆腐味濃郁,又唔會太甜,適合香港人味道🤗

價錢份量不成正比…午市套餐一碗拖羅蓉飯要$168,但係份量超級少,食完好似冇食過咁,而且拖羅味道好唔新鮮,完全唔值呢個價。另外,如果午飯時間得一個鐘就唔好嚟呢間食,因為由前菜到正式lunch set嚟都要等半個鐘😓

餐枱坐得闊落,可以舒服慢慢食lunch.午餐點了角切魚生飯和鮑汁蜆肉黑松露雞飯。雞飯很好味,有半隻雞,值得再來吃。角切魚生飯很差:整體份量已經少,可能減肥女生至岩食。魚生少,加入蛋及青瓜的量應比魚生多,魚更主要係不好吃的鯖魚 (超市急凍$10/2條)和三文魚,連唯一的蝦都又腥又多沙!強烈唔建議點!
