呢日同友人嚟咗銅鑼灣呢間樓上fusion西餐廳,餐廳主打食海鮮🦞日式同西式嘅食物mix and match都做得幾出色。時令野菜沙律呢個沙律用上咗日式嘅胡麻醬,除咗常見嘅沙律菜之外,仲有香甜粟米粒同埋車厘茄,顏色鮮艷又健康🥗汁煮蘿蔔配帆立貝呢個係是日海鮮料理,白蘿蔔炆的好入味,帆立貝大大粒🐚 醬汁唔會好鹹,主要係日式嘅味醂味道。雜菜湯雜菜湯烹調方法較西式,入面有大量蔬菜,包括西芹、紅蘿蔔 、椰菜同埋洋蔥🧅MISU刺身丼呢個刺身丼幾豐富,入面有赤蝦、劍魚腩、油甘魚、紫蘇墨魚、真鯛同埋白身魚😮 雖然顏色方面望落啲魚生都好相似,但係質感同埋油香每款都唔同🫢 個人就特別鍾意佢油香十足嘅劍魚腩,每款刺身都唔會好腥。黑松露雞伴鮑魚汁焗飯呢個製作需時,但係絕對值得等待🐥 店員一揭開煲蓋,有浸黑松露味衝出黎🤩 呢個飯主要嘅配料係黑松露醃製嘅新鮮雞,幾隻大蜆同埋底下用鮑汁調味嘅焗飯🥰 呢個set dinner黑松露雞嘅份量係半隻,我哋兩個人share就啱啱好,雞嘅香味好出,焗完啲雞油出晒嚟🥳 底下嘅鮑魚汁焗飯都吸埋啲雞油,所以更加香口。蜂蜜荔枝羊羹呢個晚餐嘅尾聲,有一人一份甜品。羊羹嘅質地幾特別,味道唔算好甜,入面仲有原粒荔枝🤣呢餐海鮮餐最令我印象深刻嘅唔係海鮮,而係黑松露雞🤭 但係的確好多款食物都食到海鮮嘅鮮味,呢種fusion菜真係好有特色㗎😎 continue reading

雖然未到聖誕, 但香港到處充滿聖誕氣氛, 今晚同朋友去完囍帖街打卡, 就去咗QRE Plaza其中一間西日Fusion菜食dinner。內外已佈置聖誕裝飾, 什有節日氣氛。我倆揀咗其中一款套餐, HK$298/位 (另加一)先送上沙律, 套餐包含了野菜沙律, +$38升級魚生沙律: 角切魚生份量多, 除了加了酸甜柚子汁沙律菜做底, 啖啖都食到魚生粒。前菜為是日海鮮: 焗扇貝扇貝多汁, 配上了木魚絲, 鹹鮮美味。前菜 +$48升級: 磯煮南非鮑魚鮑魚經慢煮了8小時, keep到肉汁, 微微煙韌帶少少甜。是日餐湯: 忌廉湯, 口感creamy, 忌廉味重。自選主菜:刺身丼擺盤賣相吸引, 有六款刺身包括鯛魚、灸燒左口魚、三文魚、帆立貝、赤蝦同埋卷住了紫酥葉嘅魷魚, 每款刺身都很新鮮, 配上壽司飯, 美味飽肚。寶雲酥羊架:羊架肉汁豐富, 肉質嫩滑, 有陣陣羊羶香氣, 表面附帶著炸粒, 酥脆有層次, 推介!!是日甜品: 朱古力布甸彈滑不太甜, 伴上多汁香甜雜果粒, 增添賣相色彩。 continue reading

同朋友港島區食飯,灣仔區係最佳選擇,唔會好似銅鑼灣咁人山人海。點選咗鮑魚汁黑松露烤雞同一寶雲酥羊架,另外 upgrade鮮打鯛魚湯同磯煮鮑魚。魚湯呈奶白色,有淡淡的胡椒味,鮮甜又唔腥,磯煮鮑魚略有嚼勁。主菜好有驚喜,首先份量超足,鮑汁味濃,烤雞嫰滑惹味,職員話佢哋係用新鮮雞烹調,每個燉飯都用半隻雞,將黑松露醬釀入雞皮同雞肉之間,用足心機。嗜羊嘅我對羊架讚不絶口,外皮酥脆肉質剛好係我要嘅五成熟。餐廳環境優靜,搭電梯時見到原來有泊車優惠由 20:00-06:00,真係好方便。非常好味,下次一定會再去食佢嘅魚湯鍋。 continue reading
